Summer Uniform
Students need to provide their own Kahki shorts.
Present yourself in a professional manner, e.g.,
Tuck-in your shirt
No chewing gum
Students may wear neutral looking sunglasses
Students may wear a black belt
No hats
The goal is to look as uniform to each other as possible
Marching Band Uniform
Uniform Decorum Facts:
Students may eat in uniform during the 3rd quarter of home football games and when given permission by the Director.
Stud earrings recommended.
Bibs zip up in the front, Jacket zips up in the back.
Long Black socks are a must.
Black marching shoes only.
Sunglasses are allowed when necessary if they are neutral colors, i.e. black, brown, gray. No Bright colors or distracting frames or lenses.
Never try to fix a uniform. Always find a uniform volunteer to help.
Always hang your uniform properly in your garment bag.
Students are to stay in full uniform at all times unless Mr. Thomann gives different instructions, i.e.,
The marching band jacket is completely zipped up at all times.
Staying in uniform at all time including during 3rd-quarter
Students must stay in their full uniform until they get to their car or home.
Switching any uniform part with another student is not allowed.
Students should not wear their shako (marching band hat) unless instructed by Mr. Thomann.
Students need to wear their 2023 Marching Band Member shirt underneath their marching band uniform jacket. The purpose of wearing their marching band show shirt is for uniformity when the students do not wear their marching band jackets.
There is to be no public display of affection while in uniform.
